At Loyal Paws, your satisfaction and your pet’s happiness are our top priorities. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
🐾 Returns
You have 7–14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
🐾 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Used grooming products
- Opened feeding items
- Any item not in its original condition
🐾 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
- The amount will be credited back to your original payment method
🐾 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us immediately for a replacement.
🐾 Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
🐾 Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos), and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
